What goes around comes around...in a good way!

Last week a passenger called who had just gotten off the flight.  He asked if anyone had found a Brooks Brothers bag near 5C.  I explained to him that the flight had just left (I knew it had turned out and assumed it was in the air) but I could call the gate in Detroit to see if the gate agent could take a look when it got there.  He was appreciative but I knew he probably wouldn't see that bag again.

A few minutes later I heard that the plane was on a ground stop and it wouldn't have an update from Detroit for another 30 minutes.  And that they were coming back to the gate to let two passengers off.  Wow.  I knew I needed to meet the plane and go on board to ask the flight attendant to check above 5C.  I did and the bag was there.  What a great feeling to call the passenger back with the good news.

Fast forward to Saturday night.  I'm with my sister and I stop by a gas station to drop a letter in the mailbox.  I hear something fall out of the car and but my sister doesn't here it.  I didn't check thinking it was my imagination.  I hop back in the car and we drive on to my house (about 20 minutes).

We were home for about 15 minutes when someone calls my husband's cell phone.  A man had found my cell phone in the Sheetz parking lot (gas station) and called to let my husband know.  Unbelievable.  My husband grabs a bottle of wine and meets up with the man a few miles down the road.  The man even lived near us.  Simple amazing.  I got my phone back and I never knew it was lost...
