Argghhhhhh!
Sam Walton would roll over in his grave if he knew how bad customer service is at Wal-mart nowadays. Not even a "be with you in a minute" or "kiss my foot"! I mean really. Who am I? Just the customer. Enough said.
I feel your pain about bad customer service. Today I had a bad experience with an employee from Home Depot. I asked him a simple question about the weeds the keep appearing in my garden and he looked at me like "seriously, you are asking me this?". UM, yes! You are paid to help the customer out!
