I should be sleeping...

I should be sleeping but I am a little stressed. I have been preoccupied all week with my little weekend trip to New York City. And this week I have been cooking for people a bunch (Sunday, Wednesday and Friday). My husband decided he wanted to have the people that work with him over for a party. I should be sleeping because I will be so tired Saturday morning. I am the driver!

Kendall went to art camp everyday this week and loved it! But that meant I was up and ready earlier than usual. I should be sleeping.

I feel fat this week, too. I need to make a list like my friends, NYKAT and Cheryl, did. I need some goals so I feel like I have accomplished something this summer. Like reading and losing 5 to 8 pounds. And doing sit-ups. I'm disgusted with my almost 40 year old body. Where did the last decade go?

Don't you just HATE insomnia? Sleeping pills have become my new Best Friend Forever lately. I don't pop a WHOLE pill though... nope. Just an iddy-biddy little corner of a pill and I'm cruising to dreamworld. Thanks goodness for pills! Hope you have a FAB FAB time with your friends... enjoy the trip! Be thinking of you.

First of all, you have an amazing body for a 40 yr old...and trust me, you look a lot younger than that!

Maybe you could train for a 5k or join a tennis club?

I really do love having my list of things to do this summer, it has helped motivate me.

I know exactly what you mean! I should have put regular exercise and lose 4-5 pounds on my To-Do list!! But I am SO lazy when it comes to exercise! Yuck!!
I'm VERY jealous of your trip to NYC! Have a blast!!!
