Growing up, occasionally, my mom served what we called "breakfast at supper." This is just what it sounds like--bacon, eggs and toast or biscuits. It never occurred to me why we would have this until I was an adult. Sometimes, you just have no idea what you are going to eat for dinner. And the bank account is low and all you have in the house is bread, bacon and eggs. I actually got excited when I remembered I have this cute toast rack. I bought it in England years ago. I just love it. For some reason, it makes toast taste so good. :)

I also like a bowl of cereal for dinner. Yummy! But we are very used to cheap food as we are still students - so its a lot of potatoes and noodles for us! :)
